2019-2021 Strategic Plan

In the fall of 2018, Temple Emanuel began the development of a three-year strategic plan. The planning process began with a survey distributed to all members of the congregation.  
The Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of a diverse selection of congregants, board members, staff, and the Rabbi, reviewed results from the survey.  Over the next several months, members of the committee met to discuss strategic directions of the Temple and to determine the goals, objectives and action steps encompassed in the plan. 
The plan was drafted and approved by the Strategic Planning Committee and presented to the board of trustees for its approval.  The board approved the strategic plan at its meeting on March 18, 2019.  The plan will go into effect immediately and regular reviews will be conducted to ensure proper implementation.
